We're looking for a superstar Receptionist / Front Desk Host for our 5-star Leisure Park. This is not just sitting behind a desk taking calls (and there's plenty of that!) we're also hands-on to help our guests in any way we can, providing platinum customer service. Every day is different!

The successful candidate will deliver an efficient and high-quality front desk reception service.

They will be required to have good computer skills to process online bookings and must be able to work most Mondays and Fridays as this is our lodge arrival and departure days. We take health and safety extremely seriously, please see our considerations on COVID-19 on this advert.

Applicants must be available to start immediately.

Job role includes but not limited to:

  • Administrative Duties

  • Escorting guests and their vehicles to their allocated pitch

  • Excellent Phone manner

  • Taking bookings

  • Diary management

  • Carrying out requests from management as needed

  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary

  • Following opening up/closing down procedures

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors

  • Processing payments

  • Handling front desk sales

  • Confident IT abilities

  • Social Media knowledge

  • Managing check in / check outs across all areas – touring, fishing, lodges

  • Supervising Cleaners

  • Maintaining the smooth running of the office

  • Team player

  • Willing to go the extra mile

  • Cleaning the office and high footfall areas

  • Liaising with Marketing staff to identify availability and increase sales

Proven experience in leisure, sales, hospitality is essential. This is a customer facing role, so it would suit someone with experience in customer service.

This is a part-time role of 20-25 hours.

Part-Time, Mondays and Fridays 

An attractive salary will be offered to the right candidate.

Job role: cleaning the lodges on check-in/check out days, fill/empty hot tub, deep clean shower/toilets and reception once a week, complete the necessary paperwork - whilst adhering to Covid19 policy guidelines. 

We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is the ultimate team player with over 1 years' experience as a commercial cleaner. 

Knowledge of how COSHH should be handled and stored would also be an advantage.
